Wow! Pickled Cabbage Miraculously Heals Cancer Patient...

Hello, I am 67 years old and I remember my mother, a nurse, coming home from the hospital where she was working (I was 15 years old living in Romania at the time) and telling us the story of how this man, who was sick and full of cancer and in the last stage of the disease 6 months earlier, miraculously shows up at the hospital completely cancer free after being sent home to die. Even the doctors in the hospital were talking about him and saying how he did not have a chance of surviving the metastasis stage.
So, when he shows up at the hospital the doctors (who were completely stunned) asked him what he's been doing for the last 6 months?
And here is the story which my mother told me...
It was September when he was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Around that time people in Romania started to take cabbages and pickle them in wood barrels. They put in the barrel, cabbage, dill, salt and water. In Germany they call this sauerkraut.
And this is what this man did, having nothing else to do anyway while waiting for his last days and the end to come. So he ate and drank some of the fermented mixture every day all during the winter.
In the spring when he showed up to the doctors surgery he was healed and declared cancer free. I remember my mother being very excited when she was telling me this story.
This is one story. Another story from the same time is as follows:
This patient had a really bad stomach ulcer. He was in a lot of pain and the doctors wanted to do surgery. He did not want the surgery so he discharged himself and left the hospital.
A few months later he came back to the hospital completely healed.
Again, the doctors asked him what he did. He said that he got tired of the prescription drugs and the diet prescribed by the hospital, and instead, having an appetite for a rich meal, decided to eat a chicken baked in the oven smothered in a special garlic sauce (in Romania we call this garlic solution "mujdei"). He ate this meal for two days and the pain completely disappeared and he got well again. This was back in the 1960's.
It is known that when garlic is crushed in the presence of oxygen, a strong antibiotic by-product is formed. That is how our "Mujdei" is prepared. So the antibiotic properties in the garlic killed the bacteria and also created an acidic medium in the stomach.
And this happened long before it was proved that stomach ulcers are caused by the presence of the helicobacter pylori bacteria!
