Powerful Natural Remedy for Diabetic Mood Swings & Depression...

Hi Guys. I wanted to share another story I have with you about diabetic mood swings and depression.
If you're like me you may have noticed it's harder to control how you feel once the diabetes kicks in. We have many highs and lows that go along with our blood sugar highs and lows.
Before I was able to gain control of my blood sugar levels I was a mess. Sometimes I would just get depressed and stare out a window, other times I would get really emotional about stupid things that really weren't a big deal, or get really angry inside for no apparent reason. I didn't even have anything to be angry about, it would just well up inside of me.
So I started doing some research and I found out that St. John's Wort has been used for hundreds, possibly even thousands of years, and has a good therapeutic affect on depression. I tried it but what I didn't like about it was the fact that it can make you really susceptible to the suns rays, causing you to get sunburn't in a short amount of time.
So I decided to find something that would suit my needs a little better. I did some digging and found a herb that works awesome! It's called Rhodiola Rosea and it has the ability to calm the nerves and get you back on track real fast! It's an adaptogen that helps the mind and also the body to adapt to long term stress and extreme environments. As a matter of fact, I read an article about the Russian government soldiers using it to adapt to and withstand extreme temperatures, stress, and to improve their stamina and endurance. Rhodiola Rosea has also been used by royal Kings and Queens of the past.
I started out using this herb a few times a day but now I don't have to use it that often, its amazing stuff! I have a family member that doesn't have diabetes but she uses it to help her cope with her stressful job. She says it takes the edge off, and she has much more energy now too. She loves it and even found that it helps her to concentrate at work better. My wife loves it too! She takes it to deal with me. Lol.
Well, I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you guys and gals that have suffered as I have. :)
