Poor digestion and yeast fungus growth are two very serious and potentially life threatening health problems. They're also two sure-fire triggers for psoriasis and eczema!

When you have poor digestion, food and nutrients cannot be assimilated properly (or not at all). Yeast fungus also release toxic “candida buds” into your blood stream, which slowly poison your blood and vital organs.

In addition to this, when you have an increase in toxins from harmful bacteria in the gut and colon, the result is increased skin cell proliferation (cells that replicate too rapidly), which researchers now know is the root cause of psoriasis, eczema and dandruff. Incomplete digestion also creates compounds called polyamines, which contribute to excessive and rapid formation of skin cells.

3 Big Ways to Boost Your Digestion...

So to successfully treat and cure your psoriasis or eczema, it’s absolutely critical that you get your digestion in tip-top working order and kill off all yeast fungus in the body. And the three best and easiest ways to do this are by consuming apple cider vinegar, probiotics and digestive enzymes...

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV): ACV is one of nature’s most potent all round healers. It’s a super strong digestive aid, “natural gut antibiotic” and yeast fungus killer. In fact, nothing comes close to the absolute power of ACV and its health and healing abilities. This is one substance that you should always have in your house and be drinking every day of your life... no matter what!

For best results, take one to two tablespoons of raw organic apple cider vinegar with the "mother" (like these) in a glass of warm filtered water 20 minutes before each meal. Also make sure you splash a tablespoon or two over your salads as well for an extra supply.

Note: If you find that you really can't handle the taste of the ACV liquid, then it's fine to take the apple cider vinegar tablets or pills instead.

Probiotics: Probiotics are needed to recolonize the digestive system with a much needed supply of “friendly” bacteria, along with helping to kill off all yeast fungus in the body. Once the friendly bacteria begin to gain dominance over the bad bacteria (and basically "run them out of town") you'll feel a terrific increase in energy and some much needed relief from your psoriasis or eczema. Just bear in mind that it will take at least 6-8 weeks for the full effects of the probiotics to be felt.

So when you purchase your probiotic supplement, make sure you go for a reputable brand rather than the cheaper brands. And never take crappy "sugar filled" probiotics such as Yukult (yeast fungus absolutely loves to feed off sugar, so it bewilders me as to why they put it in their products?).

For an extra supply of probiotics, also eat plenty of good quality natural yogurts that contain lactobacillus, bifidus and casei cultures. In addition, it's also advisable to spend some time fermenting your own foods to give yourself even more beneficial probiotics every day (you can never have enough of these important little critters!). Here's a handy website that shows you how to do this... Cultures for Health - How to Ferment Your Own Foods.

Digestive Enzymes: If you have a really stubborn digestive system (reflux is a dead give away), you may need to take extra digestive enzymes. However, green foods such as wheat grass, spirulina and chlorella contain plenty of natural digestive enzymes. Of course, you will already be taking one of these powerhouse foods (from our 1# remedy for psoriasis and eczema) so you may be perfectly okay with this. A simple pH test from a qualified naturopath or home pH tester will determine if your digestive system is either too acidic or not alkaline enough. If you do need extra help with your digestion then you can purchase specific natural digestive enzymes online or from most health food stores.
