Awesome! 7 Fast-Acting Home Remedies for Pneumonia...

QUESTION:

What is the best natural treatment or home remedy for pneumonia that works quickly and is not going to make my symptoms worse? I've had this for a week now and I'm desperate to get rid of it. Thank you.

ANSWER:

Pneumonia is a respiratory problem triggered by a bacterial or viral infection. It causes the air sacs in the lungs to fill with pus and gunk, resulting in inflammation and difficult breathing. Pneumonia is a serious infection and should not be taken lightly (it's the 8th deadliest disease in the world), so if you or a loved one are suffering from pneumonia or any of it's related symptoms then be sure to visit your health care professional A.S.A.P. You can also use some of these highly effective home remedies for pneumonia to start the healing process and give yourself some quick and welcome relief...

Home Remedy for Pneumonia #1... Oregano Oil: Oregano oil contains two powerful substances, carvacrol and rosmarinic acid. These ingredients quickly kill infections within the body, including the foreign bacteria and viruses that cause pneumonia. Carvacrol and rosmarinic acid are also strong natural decongestants and anti-histamines. Oregano oil is definitely your number one "go to" remedy for pneumonia so be sure to use this first before any of the others.

To use the oil of oregano, firstly, make sure you ONLY purchase a super strength oregano oil (such as this one) and not any of the standard varieties. Then simply add 3-4 drops of the oil to a glass of filtered water or fresh juice and drink down on an empty stomach. Repeat this 3 times per day until the infection is gone. In addition to this, take half to one full tablespoon of organic extra virgin coconut oil 10 minutes after drinking this concoction to help fight the bacterial or viral infection. Coconut oil is also a potent anti-viral and anti-bacterial food and contains some strong anti-inflammatory components. It works extremely well when combined with the oregano oil.

Natural Remedy for Pneumonia #2... Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) and Manuka Honey: Apple cider vinegar is one of the best foods for removing phlegm and pus from the lungs. ACV is also a potent bacterial, viral and fungal killer and is regularly used in natural medicine as an anti-inflammatory. Manuka honey is also an excellent healing food for the lungs and immune system so be sure to mix it in with the apple cider vinegar.

All you do is add a tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar (Bragg's ACV is definitely the best) and a teaspoon of Manuka honey to a glass of warm, filtered water. Drink this mix 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach. The difference with this concoction compared to the oregano oil is that you must continue to have this drink every day... for the rest of your life! You want to make sure that you not only cure your pneumonia now, but also prevent further occurrences and infections in the future. The ACV and honey is perfect for this!

Natural Treatment for Pneumonia #3... Olive Leaf Extract (OLE): Olive leaf extract is one of the best bacterial and viral destroyers yet discovered. This powerful natural antibiotic also boosts the immune system in a big way, which is what you need if you have an infection such as pneumonia. Only ever buy olive leaf extract in "super strength" formulas. As with the oregano oil, the normal strength varieties
do not work. For dosage amounts, follow the directions on the bottle.

Natural Cure for Pneumonia #4... Vitamin C & Vitamin D: Vitamin C and Vitamin D are considered to be the top two healing and immune boosting nutrients.

There's been dozens of reports from people curing themselves of pneumonia from high dose vitamin C intake (check this one out). Vitamin C is not toxic to the body at all so you can take whatever amounts you like. 5000 mg's per day (yes that's right) should be your minimum dose for vitamin C.

Vitamin D "turns on" the immune system so it can attack and eradicate any infection in the body (which of course includes pneumonia). The daily dose of vitamin D must also be much higher than the recommended daily allowance set by the FDA for it to be effective (read this report for the real facts). Make sure you take between 4000-8000 IU's of vitamin D3 per day in divided doses for best results.

Home Remedy for Pneumonia #5... Herbs and Spices: Certain herbs and spices have a long history in helping with respiratory infections - particularly pneumonia. Garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, holy basil, turmeric, black pepper, onions and thyme are all excellent immune boosters, pathogen killers and decongestants so be sure to use them in your cooking and foods as much as you can.

Natural Remedy for Pneumonia #6... Colloidal Silver: Colloidal silver kills the infection that causes pneumonia... fast! But this remedy does need to be used correctly. The most effective way to use colloidal silver is with a nebulizer. To do this simply poor some undiluted colloidal silver in a nebulizer cup and breathe deeply for 5 minutes. Hold your breath if you can for 4 to 5 seconds at the top then exhale. This will help get the colloidal silver into the lower respiratory tract better. Repeat this every 1 to 2 hours until your breathing becomes easier. Also be aware that this protocol can cause excessive coughing. This is actually a good thing and means the colloidal silver is loosening all of the gunk and pus in your lungs. As your symptoms improve you can then start to stretch out the time in between each dose. Continue with this protocol until your symptoms disappear.

Natural Treatment for Pneumonia #7... Oxygen Bath: If you don't have access to some colloidal silver, an oxygen bath is the next best option. This involves adding 2 cups of hydrogen peroxide, 1/4 of a cup of sea salt and 1/2 a cup of baking soda to a nice hot bath. Sit in and relax for at least 30 minutes. An oxygen bath helps you to breathe easier by oxidizing the toxins and mucous built up in your lungs so they can be released through the pores of the skin, nose and urine. It works a treat!

And finally... don't forget to eat well. Plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts are the key. Get yourself a Nutribullet (these appliances are terrific) and make your own healthy fruit, veg and seed smoothies every day (you can also add your herbs and spices as well). And definitely stay away from refined and processed foods (packaged foods), junk foods and soft drinks (sodas). These foods will lower your immune system and make your pneumonia symptoms much worse.

So hopefully these tips and remedies help you out!

Good luck and all the best to you.

Gone!
by: Aimee

OMG. I am so thankful to have found this post. I had fluid and phlegm that was so bad I almost coughed myself to death (I'm not kidding). It was horrendous, truly the worst thing I've experienced in my life. I started on the oregano oil and ACV initially and these helped me so much. I then went on to follow everything listed here and the change has been truly amazing. The infection is completely gone, I'm breathing better than I have in a very long time, and I feel healthier!!! There's no turning back for me. I'm going to keep my immune system strong and continue taking care of myself. Thank you life saving health for this post and the recommendations. Best wishes, Aimee.
