Up until a few years ago the so called “experts” believed it was impossible for the body to regrow bone cartilage – that once it was worn away from the joint your only option was to have the joint replaced with a shonky plastic and metal mechanical contraption.
But then the Denver Post published a blockbuster article on arthritis that soon changed all of this.
Titled... “Chicken Protein Halts the Pain and Swelling of Arthritis in a Patient Trial” it revealed the exciting results from a Harvard Medical School study…
They took 59 arthritis sufferers who weren’t responding to medical treatments and gave the first 31 participants a placebo while the remaining 28 were given a heaping teaspoon of ground up chicken cartilage in their orange juice every morning. Within three months the placebo group’s arthritis became worse while the chicken cartilage groups arthritis improved dramatically!
According to the study’s organizer, Dr. David Trentham, ingesting protein (collagen) which is similar to the joint membranes… “reinstructs the body to cease the attack on the body’s own joints”. 1
Chicken cartilage also contains the raw materials needed to rebuild important bone matrix (bone matrix is the rubbery material left over in bones once you take all the minerals out). You simply cannot rebuild cartilage until you first rebuild bone matrix!

Then we have MSM biological sulphur, which is one of the key components in connective tissue make up. So MSM is also a vital ingredient for repairing and rebuilding bone cartilage.
And of course, collagen prevents the body from attacking its own joints (as is the case with rheumatoid arthritis) and is the main substance that holds our skin, tendons and bones together.
