A Skin Hydration Remedy That Works Every Time!

QUESTION:

I am tired of paying a fortune on expensive moisturiser creams and brands to hydrate my skin on my face. I eat very healthily and drink LOTS of water but my skin is always dehydrated.

What should I be eating and drinking and what natural oils should I use on my face to help hydrate my skin, reduce wrinkles and get a nice natural glow? I already use coconut oil as my make-up remover so I would love to be able to use some other natural oil/s as my moisturiser!

ANSWER:

Hi Angie. Thank you for your question regarding skin hydration remedies.

What many people don't realize about dry skin is it's actually an internal problem as well as external. Even if you eat a healthy diet you will still need to supplement with skin and "beauty" nutrients such as vitamin E, silica, biotin, vitamin C and essential fatty acids.

It's a well-known fact that the foods we are eating today lack the essential nutrients our body's need every day. So supplementation is critical. You can find some terrific internal skin, hair and nail supplements from places such as Amazon and Ebay.

There are also some excellent natural foods that you can use on your skin to keep it hydrated. Coconut oil (which you are already using) is very good, but so is honey, olive oil and almond oil. These are all powerful skin hydraters. Avocado's (mashed and rubbed on the skin) are also very good.

So once again, for best results, don't forget to use a combination of internal and external remedies.

Hope this helps you Angie.

Good luck and all the best!
