A Simple Home Remedy for Facial Neuralgia Pain That Works!

I worked at job that required a lot of time with a phone perched on my shoulder balancing against my ear and chin.
Many months later I started to get a horrid ache that started to affect the side of my face. I could not sleep and could no longer function at my job properly.
The pain was incessant.
I went to the doctor, who suggested dental problems. No medication would help and the dentist was also at a loss.
Finally, I started to do my own research on Trigeminal Neuralgia and search for a cure myself - a home remedy that would give me relief. After some months of trying heat, cold, various creams from the pharmacy, I was still in pain.
In desperation for relief I had some RUB A535 cream with heat (
RUB A535 Maximum Strength Heating Cream). Only the extra strength kind with heat worked, all the other brands did not work anywhere near as well. I have also tried this cream on occasional repeat pain that I've had.
I looked online and saw a chart of the path of the facial nerve, from the temple to the cheek, and saw that it ended at the midpoint of the chin.
So I applied this cream to the skin temple area/hole and followed the path from my hairline to the back of my ear. I also circled to the front of the ear and across to the cheek then to the front of the chin. I applied it as often as possible when I wasn't at work.
After a week it started to dull the pain, then eventually it finally left. If I noticed the nerve pain starting again, with pain in my temple area, I quickly put the cream on and the pain would leave within a couple of days.
I have kept this cream treatment and have been basically free from the continual pain for the last 20 years. If I feel a restart, I apply the cream straight away and it goes.
I almost had a fit recently when I couldn't find the maximum strength cream on the shelves. I tried the regular or plain extra strength but these did not help. I'm guessing it's the camphor in the maximum strength heat cream that makes it work so well.
